NETFIT Upskill launches in Australia: helping young people build their self esteem and their game

NETFIT Upskill is the perfect way to improve players skills and confidence on and off the court. The program, tailored for under 11 and 13 players, includes 60 minute specialist coaching and mentoring sessions, along with at home support via the NETFIT app.

The year-long program involved weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions to help players work on areas of the game that might be overlooked at regular club training. When you sign up you’ll receive face to face coaching sessions, a NETFIT t-shirt and full access to the NETFIT app.

Thousands of NETFITTERS across Aotearoa (New Zealand) have been part of Upskill programs born from a “need” in the community.

We have Silver Ferns and other elite netballers taking these sessions not just focused on netball specific skillsets but also off court habits like recovery nutrition leadership and teamwork. Players will get individualised feedback all while working with giants of the game like Gretel Bueta. The sessions will build self-esteem, creativity, problem solving skills – all while getting to hang with like minded netball lovers!
