Make sure you’re using the email address you signed up to the NETFIT App with, or that you have spelt your email address correctly.
95% of our log-in problem requests from our community are quickly solved by looking at the email address being used…..netfitter@gnail.com (gmail with an “N”) isn’t going to work for you, or us! If your details are entered correctly, the next step is to check if your email inbox is full.
