Shipping
We offer shipping both Australia Wide and Internationally. We aim to process your order and have it ready for shipping within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please use the shipping calculator at the checkout to determine your shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Returns
If you would like to return your item(s) we are more than happy to provide a store credit on items that are returned within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date for Australian customers or within thirty (30) days for international customers. Please note this is just for clothing items. Your returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) has been purchased via the NETFIT Netball website.
- The item(s) is returned in its original condition, unworn/ unused with tags attached and all original packaging. This is important – if tags are ripped or damage, there will be a fee on return.
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a completed returns request form.
- Please note there are no returns or exchanges for final sale items or items that are discounted by 30% or more. NETFIT Netball reserves the right to deny refunds if the purchased item(s) do not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
Exchanging Items
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on our products. However, should you wish to return your item we would be more than happy to provide you with a store credit provided your return meets the criteria outlined in our returns policy.
