Mel has over seventeen years’ experience in the netball industry with a focus on coaching and player development. Mel’s ability to engage people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities has also come from her years of experience around netball clubs, high-performance environment as well as business and as a busy mother of 3! Affectionately known within NETFIT Circles as “Mumma Mel”, Mel’s care and dedication to our community is evident through her attention to detail and quality communication. As the leader of our NETFIT Tours and possessing a proven record in building teams from underage to open level, from preseasons to premiership riches, “Mumma Mel” is the not-so-secret (anymore!) gem at NETFIT.
