A 12-year career as an elite netballer that resulted in winning 3 National Championships, Sarah, the natural on-court entertainer an qualified teacher, put her skill-sets together to develop NETFIT 7 years ago, to the brand it is today. Sarah’s passion for working with kids, combined with her creative flair has helped her develop digital campaigns for leading brands like The Athlete’s Foot, Suncorp, QV Skincare, Origin Energy and Woolworths. A country girl at heart, but adventurer by nature.
Dual World Champion and Commonwealth Games Gold for the Australian Diamonds, Premiership Captain for the Sydney Swifts, League MVP…..the list of accolades go on and on. Put simply, there isn’t much that KG hasn’t achieved in the world of netball. A positive spark, and meticulous in her delivery, Kim manages the roll-out of NETFIT’s Campaigns and works closely with Partners to help engage young women in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. A born leader, family orientated and best-mate to her husband Trent.
Head of Production & Media , Claire is also one of the NETFIT Originals having been with Sarah from day one, meaning that there isn’t much that Claire doesn’t know about NETFIT or it’s community. Perennially busy, Claire has the often unenviable task of trying to juggle multiple media platforms and accounts, in multiple countries on the same day, but somehow seems to manage it all with ease. Hard-working, dedicated and driven, Claire is known to enjoy the odd wine and whip up a delish dinner in good company.
Master Trainer & Head of NETFIT Community & Schools, the highly talented Tay is code-crossing superstar, having played elite level netball and football for the GWS Giants. Tay’s many on-field talents are equally matched, and nearly exceeded by her dedication, work ethic and positivity. Passionate about engaging with young girls and getting them active, you very rarely see Tay without a smile on her face or preparing for her next work-out! Big on family, a lover of the beach and all things travel.

Kiwi and Sunshine Coast Lightning superstar Laura Langman is as professional off the court as she is on. As the Silver Ferns most capped player of all time, the World Champion, Commonwealth Games Gold Medal winner and multiple Championship winner, Lauz has won it all and mainly as the captain too, underlying her qualities as a leader and a person. Fun, wild, quirky and perennially happy, Lauz leads with love and laughter, providing an insight into what it takes to get you to the top.
Young, fun and carefree is how JLP comes across away from the game, however on the court she is a machine, adopting a win-at-all-costs playing approach. A natural athlete and competitor, Jamie-Lee was the youngest player in the Trans-Tasman Championship before making the move back across the ditch as a now integral part of the GWS Giants in the Suncorp Super League. The rising star of the Australian Diamonds has a passion for working with disadvantaged youths and inspiring young women.
A brilliant netball mind, with a freakish eye for untapped talent, has provided Lisa Alexander with a mighty coaching resume, highlighted by the fact that she is the most capped Australian Coach of all time complemented by an impressive 81% winning strike rate. A dual National Championship winning Coach with the Melbourne Phoenix, Lisa also lead the Diamonds to Commonwealth Games Gold and a World Championship title further highlighting her credentials. A quiet, country soul with a deep passion for developing young talent.
“Coach Jane” is a close friend and mentor of the NETFIT team and a wise and tactical head when it comes to all discussions on netball. A former vice-captain of the Australian Diamond’s, Jane’s passion of educating young netballer’s has come to the fore as a coach taking the reigns of the Diamonds, South African and Brunei (current) National teams, the VIS and elite level clubs Melbourne Kestrels and West Coast Fever. A leader, a carer and a friend, Jane is an integral part of the NETFIT team.
Jess is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and our go-to for all things food inspo, nutrition advice and performance tips, here at NETFIT. She has plenty of experience in sports nutrition, working with GIANTS Netball, Sydney Kings, GWS Giants AFL, Western Sydney Wanderers, NSW Waratahs and the Cronulla Sharks. Even working with NETFITs very own Sars, Kimmy, Tay and Jay!
Jess is on a mission to help as many people live, feel and perform at their best, with a refreshing, fun and informative approach to nutrition. Jess believes food should be equally nutritious, delicious and easy to prepare. She’s one of the co-founders of Health & Performance Collective – a nutrition consultancy that works with individuals, sports teams, food brands, media and corporates.
A positive bundle of joy, and a consistent, kind and calm soul is the best way to describe NETFIT Matea. 11 year-old country Victorian netballer, NETFIT Matea is also the co-host of the Get Ready program on the NETFIT App, inspiring young girls to stay active, healthy and positive through a series of netball skills and drills, all balanced out through a series of mindfulness activities. A lover of animals, dancing and her talented and theatrical family.
Aspiring Junior Coach and with a progressive resume to back it up, Sarah seems to have success follow whatever team she leads. Mixing her passion of coaching and work, Sarah helps unlock the potential of young girls on and off the court, currently mixing her talents between the Melbourne Uni U/19 team as Head Coach and an Apprentice Coach to the Victorian State U/19 team. A passionate coach, renovator and property enthusiast, Sarah is a true netball purist.
