Get ready for a 1.5-hour fun-focused NETFIT session combining:

- Coaching, skills & drills
- A 5-minute wellbeing & mindset wrap-up
Led by our NETFIT Coaches and former elite netballers Kim Borger (Melbourne Vixens) & Kristiana Manu’a (Australian Diamonds & Giants), this session is designed to challenge, inspire and build confidence across all age groups.
