NETFIT Mindful Colouring Book

NETFIT Netball are excited to release the Calm Colouring Book, a mindfulness resource that NETFIT Netball have developed with community netballers and in partnership with The Confident Girls Foundation, where netballers can share their love for netball combining the relationship between mindfulness and creativity.

Comprising 32 pages of intricate, netball inspired themes, NETFIT Netball’s Calm Colouring is suitable for all ages and has been created by netballers, teachers and parents, Emily Stephens, Emma Wright and Sarah Wall. This trio of netballers saw a way to connect colouring, meditation, family, friends and netball together through this project.
