When originally creating NETFIT, it was predominantly made for small spaces work outs. We wanted to be able to workout no matter where we were in the world. From our bedroom to our backyard and of course on a netball court.
We have been in touch with many of our members in Asia and are well aware of the current landscape with Organised sport being cancelled for most with the current outbreak of the Coronavirus.
Our team have come up with a plan of attack for all our member within Asia or anyone that has a small space to workout in.
NETFIT Masterclass
1) HIIT
All you will need is a 4m x 4m space for you to complete this workout. You may also want a wall to work with for your recovery. If this is not an option you can alter the rest to “Left to right ball taps” (please see Courtney Tairi Masterclass video for example)
2) STRENGTH
Our strength challenge is made again for a 4m x 4m space and can easily done in your living room or bedroom. You will need a netball and a wall if possible, you can alter this by having someone pass the ball with you instead.
3) AB CHALLENGE
The AB Challenge again can be done in a confined space and will not need any equipment or any walls.
4) HAND EYE SKILLS
Our Juggling Masterclass is a great way to keep your hand eye coordination in check once organised sports start back up. You will need 3 tennis balls or 3 juggling balls to complete.
5) MASTERCLASS CONDITIONING SESSION
The Masterclass is made for a netball court or anywhere that has a space of around 20m. If you don’t have this space to work with, what we suggest is either a) doing this on a treadmill or b) the session we have created below for you
Here are our 2 Masterclass alternatives
A) Masterclass Treadmill/Bike/Rower or Swim session
20 seconds sprint/10 seconds rest x reps based on level (Beginner 4 reps | Intermediate 6 reps | Advanced 8 reps)
Once you have completed your reps you will have 3 minutes in between your sets.
Within these 3 minutes you will be completing the Masterclass
2 minute = Masterclass Challenge
1 minute = Rest & get ready for the next set!
