Our "free member zoom” are back in 2025.
Grab yourself a cup of tea and enjoy 60minute supportive and solution based netball conversation where you can ask questions, share challenges, celebrate wins and to socialize with a like minded community.
Our aim to create a space where our members feel supported, where you can get your questions answered and bridge any isolation that comes with a coaching role.
And finally, can we have a DRUM ROLL…. We are excited to confirm, Lisa Alexander, Former Diamonds coach and most successful win ratios, has locked herself in for all 2025 sessions with Sarah.

What’s Included:
- 60 minutes of supportive and solution based netball conversations and Q&A with Coach Lisa Alexander AM.
Dates: First Sunday of each month starting Sunday 2nd March
Time: 6:00pm (AEDT)
Cost: Free for NETFIT members. Non NETFIT member $25

What to expect: Log onto the meeting with some questions prepared or just show up and listen to other like minded netball enthusiasts

Palmerston Netball Association Exclusive Sessions
The NETFIT team will be running a full day with the Palmerston Netballers, including NETFIT Fitness, specialist sessions, wellbeing and much more.
Time:
- 9:00am – 10:00am (NetSetGo & Under 9s)
- 10:45am-12:00pm (Under 11 & 13s)
- 2:00pm – 3:15pm (Under 16s)
- 3:30pm – 5:00pm (Under 17 +)
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm – BBQ + Q&A with Sharni & Sarah.
