Great question. In essence there is only one NETFIT App, however we currently have our content spread across two separate platforms which will shortly integrate to be housed on the one platform.
The “new” App is an exciting, on-demand style version, that as you know we have been working on for some time and are really proud to release. The new App is currently hosting the FREE 6-week Origin Energy Comeback Challenge and the Suncorp Team Girls Get Ready Program, in partnership with Netball Australia, that we were eager to release to ensure that we provided as many netballers around the world with fitness, conditioning and skills content to help them stay active and healthy through this tricky period.
The “traditional” NETFIT App was in need of a make-over, and after nearly 18-months of meticulous planning, has received the much-needed upgrade it required. The NETFIT App will continue to be an exclusive portal housing locked, “member-only” content with on-going community challenges and campaigns, just like you’ve been used to as well as some bold new initiatives that the team are preparing to launch.
At the end of the FREE 6-week Origin Energy Comeback Challenge and the Suncorp Team Girls Get Ready Program, the new and traditional Apps shall combine to be one, with all of the existing challenges, skills and coaching classes, session plans, nutritional advice, podcasts etc transferring over and remaining as locked content for member-only access.
Your membership won’t be affected in the transition from the traditional NETFIT App to the new version.
Your subscription and paid-to dates shall remain the same with the only difference being that you shall receive a “push” notification on your phone when your annual subscription is due to lapse, asking you to re-subscribe, should you wish, through the Apple or Google App Stores. Alternatively, should you have a subscription through your school, business, club or association we can organise an invoice and access to the platform direct through NETFIT, simply be emailing [email protected]
If you have tried to access your NETFIT App recently it will may have already, if you had selected that option in your personal settings, “auto-updated”, or you shall be asked to update your NETFIT App through the Apple or Google stores.
Once entering the updated App, as an existing member, you shall be asked via a pop-up to register as a new member. Please enter the exact same email address and password as your current membership and you will be ready to roll!
As an existing member you might notice that the existing content will not be housed immediately on the new version. For the 6-week period of the FREE Origin Energy Comeback Challenge and the Suncorp Team Girls Get Ready Program only that content will be incrementally released on the NETFIT App. At the conclusion of those Campaigns all of the content from the traditional NETFIT App will migrate across to the new NETFIT App.
You will still be able to access the existing locked member-only content of the traditional App through your desktop computer or through a Safari or Google browser on your smart phone by going to the NETFIT Netball website www.netfitnetball.com and logging in as you normally would.
At the conclusion of the FREE 6-week Origin Energy Comeback Challenge and the Suncorp Team Girls Get Ready Programs the traditional and new NETFIT Apps shall combine, leaving a centralised program for you to enjoy!
YES! As a subscribed member to the NETFIT App you will have access to the new “NETFLIX of Netball” via the NETFIT Netball website www.netfitnetball.com by clicking the “On Demand” icon, or by going directly to www.ondemand.netfitnetball.com
To access the content simply sign-in using the same email address and password entered for your NETFIT App subscription. Everything that you see on the NETFIT App shall also appear in our On Demand platform.
No, the member-only content shall remain locked for any existing or newly-subscribed members to the NETFIT Community.
To keep all netballer’s engaged in fitness activity, from time-to-time NETFIT may release occasional videos on the App, however our aim shall be to keep the portal largely locked, for member-only access to the netballing insight and tricks to keep you ahead of the game.
Yes, anything that you traditionally had access to shall remain available for you, however it will be housed on the traditional App until the integration.
To access the member-only content of the traditional App, simply, through using a desktop computer, laptop or through a Safari or Google browser on your smart phone, go to the NETFIT Netball website www.netfitnetball.com and log in as you normally would.
You won’t need to operate on the 2 platforms for long through, at the end of the free campaigns the App and On Demand platforms will become your central access source for the locked member content.

As a member, you’ll have access to coaching advice, skills and drills from National Team Coaches Lisa Alexander & Norma Plummer, season-building 12-week Challenges designed in line with elite programs to have your game going to the next level, nutritional advice, meal planning, podcast series, Session & Lesson plans designed for a range of ages and school groups. That’s only the tip of the iceberg though with so much more amazing content delivered by Sarah Wall, Kim Green and Laura Langman, so get involved and enjoy the experience!
If your card has expired or you wish to change your payment, head to the ‘MY SETTINGS’ page of your account and then find ‘PAYMENT METHODS’ in your details. You can either DELETE or ADD a new payment method here. Follow the prompts and remember to save your details.
You’re more than welcome to cancel you’re my NETFIT subscription at any time- the NETFIT team and community will be sad to see you go.
Please follow the below steps to easily cancel your MY NETFIT subscription;
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Select ‘Cancel Account’.
To confirm your cancellation, follow the prompts and select a reason for leaving. You must follow all prompts to confirm your cancellation.
MY NETFIT is a subscription-based platform that will charge to your selected payment method on the date you originally signed up.
The content you receive with the MY NETFIT Platform is never ending, and your subscription will continue to rollover until you choose to terminate your account.
Subscriptions require to be cancelled prior to your next recurring billing date. Subscriptions are available for a minimum period. We are unable to provide a refund for accounts that have not been cancelled before this date.
If you do not wish to continue with your MY NETFIT subscription at the end of your minimum pay period, you can cancel your subscription.
As MY NETFIT is a subscription platform, keep in mind that once cancelled, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the MY NETFIT platform. This includes the weeks you have already completed.
Upon your subscription to the Product, unless you notify us otherwise, you agree to subscription fees and all other charges relating to the subscription being billed automatically each month to the nominated Payment Method provided by you during the Order process.
You must notify NETFIT Netball of any change to your Payment Method. If you do not notify us of any such change, then NETFIT Netball will assume that the details of your Payment Method remain correct and will continue to bill any fees or charges relating to your subscription to your nominated Payment Method.
If any subscription fees or charges billed to your account, are not processed for any reason, then NETFIT Netball will have the right to suspend your subscription until all fees and charges have been paid in full.
Subscription fees will apply regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
Promotional Trial / Discount / Coupons
Subscriptions will rollover to full-priced monthly membership at the end of all promotional trials, discounts, offers or coupons unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the promotional period. The following month’s fees and charges will be charged to your nominated payment method. Rollover subscriptions will continue month to month until terminated.
If you are having trouble logging into MY NETFIT, please ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
Keep in mind, if you have originally subscribed, this may be an old email address that you no longer use!
If you have forgotten your password, simply select ‘Forgotten Password’ at login and we will send you a separate email to reset your password.

UNABLE TO OPEN MY NETFIT
If you are having trouble opening MY NETFIT there is often a simple explanation!
iOS & Android App
If you are using the iOS Apple App or the Android App, ensure you have the latest operating system installed on your device.
Delete, update and reinstall the App to your device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
If you are accessing MY NETFIT from the Web, please close your browser and refresh your page and, if possible, clear your Internet history and refresh your cache.
We also recommend to:
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your device
- Manually reset the device you are using if you updated browser/device
- Try accessing your account from an alternative device to ensure this error isn’t the result of the device being used.
Once you have done this try logging back into your MY NETFIT account.
Keep in mind this could take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
