If you are a current paying NETFIT member, to access our updated App you need to register using the same email as your current membership.
The “new look” of the NETFIT App is an exciting, on-demand style platform that we have been working on for some time and are really proud to bring to the netball community.
Like before, you can also access all videos, on-demand, via your laptop, desktop or even TV.
Your current membership won’t be affected in the transition from the original NETFIT platform to the new NETFIT App.
Your subscription details and paid-to dates shall remain the same, however once this date ends you will need to update your subscription details to reactivate your access to the NETFIT App via the Apple or Google Stores.
Alternatively, should you have a subscription through your school, business, club or association we can organise an invoice and access to the platform direct through NETFIT, simply be emailing [email protected]

- Season-building 6, 8 and 12-week Fitness Challenges hosted by Sarah Wall, Kim Green & Laura Langman
- Session & Lesson plans designed for a range of ages and school groups, ideal for teachers and aspiring young coaches
- Supporting wellness podcasts, yoga and Pilates sessions as well as nutritional advice, recipes and meal plans
- Member only discount apparel and goods offers, Zoom programs and community integration opportunities

You’re more than welcome to cancel you’re my NETFIT subscription at any time – the NETFIT team and community will be sad to see you go.
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to cancel an app subscription from our end so in order to do so, please follow the below instructions.
- Go to your phones or device’s app store application (make sure you are signed in)
- Tap on your profile icon (usually to the right of the top of the screen but this may look different depending on your device and operating system.
- Tap on the “subscriptions” or “manage subscriptions” category.
- Find the NETFIT Netball app within the list and tap on it to manage the subscription.
- To cancel your subscription, tap “cancel subscription”

That’s easy, through using a desktop computer, laptop or through a Safari or Google browser on your smart phone, go to the NETFIT Netball website www.netfitnetball.com and click the “JOIN NOW” button on our homepage, follow the prompts and unlock the goodness!
As a member, you’ll have access to coaching advice, skills and drills from National Team Coaches Lisa Alexander & Norma Plummer, season-building 12-week Challenges designed in line with elite programs to have your game going to the next level, nutritional advice, meal planning, podcast series, Session & Lesson plans designed for a range of ages and school groups. Absolutely! If you are a NETFIT member you shall be able to access the “NETFLIX of Netball” via the NETFIT Netball website www.netfitnetball.com by clicking the “On Demand” icon, or by going directly to www.ondemand.netfitnetball.com
To access the content simply sign-in using the same email address and password entered for your NETFIT App subscription. Everything that you see on the NETFIT App shall appear in our On Demand platform, it just means that you can view the content from a larger screen!
No, if you are signing up as a NETFIT member for the first time you will not need to “reactivate” your account. Your subscription shall continue either monthly, or annually, unless you choose to unsubscribe which you can do so through the Settings page on your smartphone.
Yes, the App is free to download, however the member-only content shall remain locked for any existing or newly-subscribed monthly or annual paying members.
To keep all netballer’s engaged in fitness activity, from time-to-time NETFIT may release occasional content pieces on the App, however our aim shall be to keep the portal largely locked, for member-only access to the elite netballing content and insight that we have on offer, from some of the world’s best, to keep you ahead of the game.
If your card has expired or you wish to change your payment details, head to your App or Google Play Store to update. Follow the prompts and remember to save your details.
The NETFIT App is a subscription-based platform that will charge to your selected payment method on the date you originally signed up.
The content you receive on the NETFIT APP is never ending, and your subscription will continue to rollover until you choose to terminate your account.
Subscriptions require to be cancelled prior to your next recurring billing date. Subscriptions are available for a minimum period. We are unable to provide a refund for accounts that have not been cancelled before this date.
As the NETFIT App is a subscription platform, keep in mind that once cancelled, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the NETFIT App. This includes the weeks you have already completed.
If any subscription fees or charges billed to your account, are not processed for any reason, then NETFIT Netball will have the right to suspend your subscription until all fees and charges have been paid in full.
Subscription fees will apply regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
Promotional Trial / Discount / Coupons
Subscriptions will rollover to full-priced monthly membership at the end of all promotional trials, discounts, offers or coupons unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the promotional period. The following month’s fees and charges will be charged to your nominated payment method. Rollover subscriptions will continue month to month until terminated.
If you are having trouble logging into the NETFIT App, please ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
Keep in mind, if you have originally subscribed, this may be an old email address that you no longer use!
If you have forgotten your password, simply select ‘Forgotten Password’ at login page and we will send you a separate email to reset your password.

UNABLE TO OPEN MY NETFIT
If you are having trouble opening the NETFIT App there is often a simple explanation!
iOS & Android App
If you are using the iOS Apple App or the Android App, ensure you have the latest operating system installed on your device.
Delete, update and reinstall the App to your device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
We also recommend to:
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your device
- Manually reset the device you are using if you updated browser/device
- Try accessing your account from an alternative device to ensure this error isn’t the result of the device being used.
Once you have done this try logging back into the NETFIT App.
Keep in mind this could take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
